Fair Maiden Polish swatches + review

Good morning everyone! I had my first real night’s rest in about a week, and it is amazing what good sleep can do for a body. I feel so much more chipper and alert, and well…happy!

You know what else makes me happy, of course….polish! Today I have a few polishes from a new brand, Fair Maiden Polish. These polishes are all from their premiere line, and this new brand has really started off with a bang. I have to tell you that I’m super impressed with the formula of all the polishes, and with the packaging. Enough with the talk, let’s see some polish!

First is Beauty Within, a dusty purple with purple shimmer. The formula on this wasn’t thin, wasn’t too thick, it’s was Goldilocks (just right)! This is 2 coats, first with A Girl Obsessed Matte-Ict top coat:

Then with ellagee glass top coat:

Next is Change Your Fate, a teal with violet flash and green shimmer. Another Goldilocks formula! Pretty sure this is inspired by Merida and the movie Brave (love that movie!). My camera hates teals, so sun shots were a must. This is 2 coats, first with AGO Matte-ict top coat:

Then with ellagee glass top coat:

Next we have a holographic top coat, Fairy Godmother. I love holo top coats, but I don’t always have the best luck with them. This one though, is very nice! This is 1 coat over OPI Skating on Thin Ice-land:

Next up is Let Your Hair Down, a slight reddish purple holographic polish that has violet shimmers. I think this is inspired by Rapunzel in the movie Tangled? A really lovely polish, great formula! This is 2 coats with ellagee glass top coat:

Last is my favorite of the whole bunch, Kiss the Girl. Maybe because it’s inspired by Ariel, the only Disney princess I ever related to (redheads unite!), maybe because I couldn’t stop singing the song while swatching this….or maybe because it’s totally freaking gorgeous! This is 2 coats, and yes a lot of pictures because I flippin’ love it!

I am really loving all of these polishes though! For a new brand – heck for an established brand – these are an amazing range of polishes, and personally I can’t wait to see what they come up with next.
