Good morning lovelies! I hope you had an incredible weekend. 🙂 I had sick kiddos (continued today, yay) so my hope is that your weekend was really awesome so I can be jealous. 😛 For Manicure Monday today, I have what I think is a really pretty nail polish combination: Mentality Kindness with Ninja Polish Hydra. (Please note: I no longer support Mentality Nail Polish, if you’d like more information about this, please read my open Facebook post.)
Let’s start off with my base: Mentality Kindness. I’ve reviewed this on the blog before, but it’s always nice to have updated swatches.
Kindness is a blackened holographic polish that shifts from turquoise to blue to purple. I’ve used two flawless coats plus top coat for these photos. I just love how different Kindness looks inside, in shade, and in full sun.
Ninja Polish Hydra is a new addition to my collection, and I’m so glad I picked it up. This is a clear-based, but densely packed, multi-chromatic shifting glitter topper. It shifts from purple to blue to turquoise to green to red to copper. The only shift I could not capture was the red to copper, you can see it in the bottle in one of the below photos though.
I’ve used 2 coats over Kindness for my photos. Here in natural light, you can really see the different shifts.
In full sun, you really see that gorgeous green shift! So glowy!
Lastly, I’m just moving my hand slightly so you can see the “moving” shift.
As you can see, I could not stop taking photos of this gorgeous nail polish combination, it just made me so happy! 😀 Mentality Kindness is no longer available via Mentality, but is available via Edgy Polish, and Ninja Polish Hydra is available via Ninja Polish. I think both are well worth it to pick up!
