Good morning! Are you ready for a fantastic Friday? My boyo doesn’t have school today, so I’m hanging out with him. I’d better hurry this up before he gets bored with the game I’m letting him play on my phone. 😉
Awhile back, I bought a set of 6 polishes from ALIQUID Lacquer that were exclusive to the website Gloss48.com. Gloss48 rounds up the best in indie beauty, including nail polishes, and sells them at first at great introductory prices (which is when I bought my set), then offers them later at regular prices. Let’s take a look at the six! *All swatches shown with Wet n Wild Matte topcoat or Wet N Wild Shiny topcoat (or both).*
ALIQUID Lacquer Angerona is the kind of crelly polish that I just love. It’s a creamy off-white base with glitters of blue, black, gold, mint blue.
This is 3 coats, no problems with formula. It’s just a lovely and delicate polish.
ALIQUID Lacquer Carmenta is a toffee base with red shimmer and holographic specks. I couldn’t get the specks to really show up on camera (you can see a few of them in the macro shot) but they really add something special to this polish. This is showing 3 coats.
ALIQUID Lacquer Bellona is a reddish base holographic polish with green shimmer. My absolute favorite of the whole collection (which is saying something because you know how much I love crellies!). Great formula, this is 3 coats.
ALIQUID Lacquer Feronia is a lovely mossy green base polish with gold shimmer and gold flecks. I had the darndest time getting a color-accurate photo of this polish! The closest I could get is the macro photos, but it is still a bit lighter in person.
This is such a magical looking polish – for some reason it reminds me of an enchanted forest. This is 3 coats.
ALIQUID Lacquer Libitina is a blue jean holographic base polish with pink shimmer. This is my second favorite of the whole set. It reminds me of an OPI Suede polish (of course without the suede finish) but offhand, I can’t think of which one. Flawless formula, this is 3 thin coats.
Last is ALIQUID Lacquer Egeria, a green base jelly polish with glitters of purple, magenta, teal, and green. In real life, this is a warmer green than I could get my photos to show.
This polish is just so squishy, it really provides some depth to the polish…like you could go swimming in it! LOL! This is 3 coats.
All six of these polishes are still available through Gloss48.com and I really encourage you to support a great indie company and buy a few! My personal picks are Bellona, Libitina, and Angerona.
Any fun plans today or this weekend? I have an eye appointment tomorrow (ugh) and that’s about it…pretty boring! Talk to you later,
Egeria is absolutely stunning!!! All my favorite things in one
I really want all of these polishes! I keep forgetting to get them when I actually have money though. 😛 Hopefully they’ll still be around for a little while.
Some gorgeous polishes from ALIQUID Lacquer that you swatched here. Its so hard to choose a favorite!
I picked up four of these – gorgeous!
ALIQUID Lacquer Egeria is making my heart beat faster! But I love the others as well – great swatches!
So much beauty in this collection! I think I like Angerona & Egeria the best.
Sign me up for Angerona
They are all pretty but Bellona has to be my favorite.
Ohh these are all really gorgeous! I have yet to try this brand but I think that needs to change soon!
I was trying to be good and not buy any of these but your swatch of Angerona has me rethinking my decision lol!
Wow! How beautiful! I can’t even pick a fav!
Oh wow they are all so beautiful. Egeria is my favorite, so squish squish.
The last one is so hot! I love the versatile look.

These are all pretty but Egeria is my fav! I agree, it’s super squishy and has great depth!
