Face of the Day with Glamour Doll Eyes and LipSense

Afternoon everyone! I hope you are having a good Sunday. I thought I’d share with you my makeup of the day with Glamour Doll Eyes eyeshadows and LipSense Apple Cider. I am having a great Sunday because I went to try on pants that I haven’t worn since before the baby was a twinkle in my eye. Last time I wore them, they fit very snugly (like, cut off my breath when I sat down); this time I needed a belt to cinch them so they’d stay up. Yay for non-scale victories! 😀

Okay, enough yadda yadda yadda. Let’s take a closer look at my makeup for the day!

On my lid, I started off with a white sticky base (Nyx Cosmetics Milk), then used Glamour Doll Eyes Sherbert on top. In the outer corner, I’ve used Glamour Doll Eyes Rose City. In the inner corner and brow bone, I’ve used Glamour Doll Eyes Forever Alone.

On my lips is LipSense in Apple Cider. I just received this yesterday and had to try it out today. It’s a little more peachy toned than I was hoping for, but it’s still a lovely neutral. I don’t know what I did to mess up application though, because it showed off every line & crack in my lips. Boo! (BTW, have you checked out my review of LipSense?)

I just had to show you this photo that shows off the highlight that I used – Glamour Doll Eyes Polish My Halo over Wet N Wild MegaCushion Who’s That Pearl. I haven’t used it in awhile, so it was nice to pull out an oldie.
