JulieG Spring 2017 3-pack: Julie’s Fave, Santorini, Rio de Janeiro + Medium Skill Nail Art

Press Sample buttonHello again all! I’m back with another 3-pack of polishes from JulieG – this time with Rio de Janeiro, Santorini, and Julie’s Fave. Instead of like last time (JulieG Spring Pack #1) with easy nail art, I have medium skill nail art. For the nail art in this blog post, you’ll need: a sandwich baggie or plastic wrap, a toothpick or bobby pin (lol on finding a bobby pin in my house though), and a makeup sponge.

JulieG Nail Color Spring Pack #2 Rio de Janeiro, Santorini, Julie's Fave | Be Happy And Buy Polish

JulieG Rio de Janeiro | Be Happy And Buy Polish

Rio de Janeiro is a warm purple creme polish. This had good consistency, dries quickly and with a beautiful shine. This is 2 coats and no top coat.

I started off with the base of RdJ. I then dropped blobs of the other colors onto a sandwich baggie. Using a cut up piece of baggie, I scrunched it up, dipped it in one color and blobbed it on each nail. Then I did the same with the other nail color. Last, wait to dry and top with JulieG JetSet QDTC.

JulieG Santorini | Be Happy And Buy Polish

Santorini is a bright sky blue polish. (Reminds me of a Montana spring sky.) This also had good consistency and dries quickly. This is 2 coats and no top coat.

For this nail art, I started with a base of Santorini. Then I applied all three colors to a makeup sponge and rolled it across each nail. Sometimes it takes a few passes to get a good gradient. Lastly, I applied 1 coat of JulieG JetSet QDTC.

Julie’s Fave is a bright (almost) watermelon pink polish. Though this had good consistency, it applies unevenly. This is 2 coats and no top coat.

I started with a base of Julie’s Fave. I blobbed drops of the other two colors onto my sandwich bag from earlier, dipped my toothpick into one color and made dots on my nails. I love how this turned out because the dots are smaller than my dotting tools actually make!

You can purchase this 3-pack of polishes from Jesse’s Girl for $10 and this deal ends May 31st. Though I was given these polishes, I have purchased from the website before (JG liquid eyeliner is a fave!) and they ship fast and pack efficiently!

My favorite polish here is probably Rio de Janeiro, and my favorite look is…aww dang, I don’t have a favorite! I love all three! LOL 😀 Let me know what your thoughts are.
