KBShimmer No Comet, 4 coats plus top coat. This was sheer, more sheer than I expected. 
Next time I use it, it’ll be over a base color.

When I saw No Comet, I really wanted to do something classy with it but I really had no idea what. That’s when I went searching through my drawers of nail art, gems, vinyls, and other assorted ephemera. I came across some old water slide decals I had purchased from KBShimmer and had a “light bulb” moment. 😀 It reminds me so much of blue china dishes!
