A few weekends ago was my gramma’s 100th birthday celebration (her birthday is in February, but had the party in the summer) and I created these nails that weekend. I actually smooshed the neons around on a plastic baggie, let them dry overnight, and applied them the next morning.

I cannot get over how amazing Fire Opal (an X Army group custom) looks over Just a Phase. It’s like they were made for each other!
