Polishes used:
Smartease, 3 coats and no top coat
La Vida, 2 coats and no top coat
Bourbon Belle, 2 coats and no top coat
Metro Midnight, 3 coats and no top coat
Sundown Socialite, 3 coats and no top coat
I must confess, I was sent these polishes a few months ago but I haven’t been able to sit down and swatch in quite some time. I finally rectified that this past weekend so let’s check these polishes out.
Smartease, 3 coats and no top coat
La Vida, 2 coats and no top coat
Bourbon Belle, 2 coats and no top coat
Metro Midnight, 3 coats and no top coat. This was thin and very sheer. Though the holographic effect is nice, I expected better coverage.
Sundown Socialite, 3 coats and no top coat. This is fairly sheer and removal was a pain in the butt. My personal opinion, it would be better suited over another polish.
I gotta say, I am freaking rusty at swatching, especially a bunch at once. Yikes! Who knew that was something you could get bad at…kinda figures though since I haven’t sat and swatched for awhile. Anyway, I will be swatching more Sally Hansen polishes coming soon, so look for those next week.
