All of these pretty much had the same formula, not too streaky but not the best either. YMMV.

Do you ever type or write a word so much that it looks like you’re spelling it wrong even though you know you’re not? Yeah, that’s how I feel with the word “pastel” right now. 😀 At any rate, I picked these three up from my local Hot Topic a few months ago and I finally got around to swatching them! You might remember the Mint Pastel from my polka dots and roses nail art  last month.

You may think this looks similar to Sinful Colors State-mint from a few days ago, but this is definitely green, and not a Tiffany minty color like State-mint.

Can you tell I’m ready for spring?! Seriously, more snow this weekend too. I looked on my Facebook memories from 4 years ago, and my kids were wearing shorts and light windbreaker jackets. I’m jealous of past me. Oh wait…I was pregnant 4 years ago. Nope, I’ll take snow over being pregnant. 😛

I was so proud of these nails because my husband looked at them and said, “Wow, those decals look nice!”; I replied, “These are freehand!”

Blackheart Beauty Liquid Crystals Sapphire, 2 coats. Wow, this has a fiddly formula! I mean you kind of expect it with this type of finish but geesh.
Polish ‘M Chilly Willy, 3 thin coats. Beautiful formula and application.
1 coat of QDTC

Hot Topic Blackheart Beauty Deepest Red, 2 coats. Formula was fairly fiddly; if I would have used it on its own, I would have done a third coat for opacity.

I told you yesterday that I’d be taking off my mani with OPI Tile Art To Warm My Heart because I was getting horrid tip wear. Of course, my nails aren’t bare for long!
