Well it’s getting towards the end of summer, so how about a hot tropical manicure? It’s cooled off quite a bit here (mountains could get snow tomorrow!) but I’m always up for a beach getaway!

Good morning all! I hope that you are having a good Memorial Day weekend if you are in the USA, and a good Monday regardless. Every Memorial Day, my children and I go to lay flowers at my uncle’s grave. His remains were recovered from the Vietnam War and came home a few years ago. It has always been my honor to go visit every year and lay flowers at his grave and pay my respects. At any rate, I do have some nail art to show you today with Girly Bits Cosmetics In One Year and Out the Other, Girly Bits Steely Resolution, Dreamland Lacquer Dragonberry II [Hella Holo Customs polish], and nail gems from Crystal Parade.

I started off with In One Year and Out the Other. This is a pale pink with hot pink specks, golden shimmer, and pink to green UCC flakes. This is 2 coats and no top coat.

Morning everyone! I hope you had a fantastic St. Patrick’s Day weekend. 🙂 Today I have a manicure using Zoya Zooey and August, Girly Bits Cosmetics What Happens In Vegas Ends Up on Twitter, and a KBShimmer water slide decal.

I started with Zoya August on my pointer and pinky fingers. August is a cool grey creme polish. Formula is thin and runny.  This is 2 coats plus top coat.

On my ring finger, I used Zoya Zooey [gift]. Zooey is a textured peachy pink polish with gold shimmer and iridescent glitter. Formula is good, application was smooth. Shown is 2 coats and no top coat.

Smoosh Nail Art manicure with Vapid Lacquer Round ‘N’ Round, Girly Bits Cosmetics Terra

This manicure was one of those, “I’ll start with these polishes and see where I end up” manis. 😛 Which are actually fun to do because sometimes they really work out and you love them (and yes, sometimes they don’t work out). I first started off with Vapid Lacquer Round ‘N’ Round and Girly Bits Cosmetics Terra [Hella Holo Customs nail polish].

I started off with Vapid Lacquer Round ‘N’ Round [gift] on my pointer and pinky fingers. This is a pink-purple with beautiful copper shimmer. No complaints on formula or application. This is 3 coats plus top coat.

Pick Three Polishes: Fancy Gloss Glowing Icicles, Girly Bits Cosmetics Fragments, Baroness X Topanga Teal nail art

You guys, I’m sad. I’m sad because when I had this mani on, I didn’t take a glow-in-the-dark picture of it. It was amazing and during the night it kept freaking me out. 😛 But I’ll show you the awesomeness of this mani anyway! I used Fancy Gloss Glowing Icicles (Glow-In-The-Dark), Girly Bits Cosmetics Fragments, and Baroness X Topanga Teal.

I started with Topanga Teal on my pointer, middle, and pinky fingers. I believe I used 2 coats for this step. Topanga Teal wasn’t this sky blue in real life, but it wasn’t as blue-teal as I was hoping.

Then on my pointer and middle fingers, I used a criss-cross vinyl pattern and sponged/painted over it with Fragments.

Lastly, on my ring finger and thumb, I used Glowing Icicles. Formula was a bit thick on this, but that’s understandable considering the amount of glitters in this polish. I believe I used 2 coats plus top coat.

I adored this mani, I think I wore it for a whole week because it was just fun looking! 😀 What do you think?
