Hey everyone, I know I’ve been MIA for most of October. I’ve been seriously depressed and fighting a lot of anxiety and on top of being a mom, a wife, running social media for a business, exercising, and sleeping, I haven’t had a lot of time. Since my blog is “just for me”, doesn’t bring in any money, and does take up time, it’s fallen by the wayside. I can’t make promises that I will be better but I’m going to try to post more often.

Hey everyone! Long time no see. I’ve really been incredibly busy, exhausted, and struggling this week, hence why you haven’t heard from me. School is starting soon and along with that craziness is just general life craziness plus anxiety. Yay! <_< All that adds up to me not wanting to do my nails or edit photos or write up blog posts. I realized that even though I’ve worn a lot of makeup this last week, I haven’t shown any makeup looks on the blog in awhile! Starting last weekend through to yesterday, it was kind of crazy busy around here. I need to sit and swatch polishes but haven’t found the drive. Anyone have ambition for me to borrow? 😀

Hot Topic Blackheart Beauty Purple Matte Sparkle, 3 coats on pointer and ring fingers [previously swatched]
OPI Ink. Suede, 2 coats on pinky finger
Wet N Wild Happy Hour Hop, 3 coats on middle finger [previously swatched]

Another comparison for you! I hope you find these helpful, I always like to know when a polish comes out that might be a duplicate (dupe) for an older (not available anymore) polish.

Today I’m comparing Purple Matte Sparkle to Happy Hour Hop to Ink. Suede. As you can see, no dupes here! The WnW is way more sheer than I remember. And the OPI stains. So I would definitely choose the BHB – especially at the price point!
