Smoosh Nail Art manicure with Vapid Lacquer Round ‘N’ Round, Girly Bits Cosmetics Terra

This manicure was one of those, “I’ll start with these polishes and see where I end up” manis. 😛 Which are actually fun to do because sometimes they really work out and you love them (and yes, sometimes they don’t work out). I first started off with Vapid Lacquer Round ‘N’ Round and Girly Bits Cosmetics Terra [Hella Holo Customs nail polish].

I started off with Vapid Lacquer Round ‘N’ Round [gift] on my pointer and pinky fingers. This is a pink-purple with beautiful copper shimmer. No complaints on formula or application. This is 3 coats plus top coat.

On my thumb, middle, and ring fingers, I used Girly Bits Cosmetics Terra, which was a Hella Holo Customs polish for August 2016.

Terra is a warm brown holographic polish with golden and pink shimmer, and teal, blue, gold glitters. This is 3 coats plus top coat. 

Here’s where it got fun! I used the following polishes smooshed with a makeup sponge all over Round ‘N’ Round: Pretty & Polished Sleighing It [press sample], Pretty & Polished That’s Just Plum Dandy [press sample], China Glaze Rodeo Fanatic, and Dreamland Lacquer A Wedding Dress That Isn’t Bright Turquoise.

Dreamland Lacquer AWDTIBT and Sleighing It both give the mani a shifty sort of look to it.

Yeah, I took a chance with this mani, and at first I didn’t really like it. But the longer I kept it on, the longer I ended up liking it! You’ll be seeing Rodeo Fanatic and AWDTIBT again on the blog soon because I wanted to use both of those polishes again.
