Okay, I know what you’re thinking but this manicure it’s that kind of hash (neither potatoes or pot 😛 )! I just couldn’t think of what to call it, it kind of looks like a hashtag (or pound sign if you’re older like me 😀 ), but it kind of doesn’t. I dunno, let’s just go with it. Tell me in the comments what you would’ve called it.

A few weekends ago was my gramma’s 100th birthday celebration (her birthday is in February, but had the party in the summer) and I created these nails that weekend. I actually smooshed the neons around on a plastic baggie, let them dry overnight, and applied them the next morning.

Magnetic Manicure with KBShimmer and Baroness X

Oomph, you all. Like, just dang. This mani was a literal galaxy manicure without really having to do a damn thing. Let’s back up and start at the beginning.

Baroness X Live Long and Pawsper with Blackheart Beauty

Holy Hera, is this a gorgeous combo or what! I love when a mani just is so beautiful you can’t help but stare at it. This is the second time I’ve used LL&P (the first being a pedicure), and it knocks me out every time. Gorgeous polish!

Smooshy manicure with Cult Nails, China Glaze, Baroness X, ILNP

I kinda just grabbed some polishes and smooshed them around on my nails with ripped up makeup sponges. And then I couldn’t stop taking pictures because it was so shifty and pretty. 😛

St. Patrick’s Day mani with Celestial Cosmetics, Polish ‘M, Baroness X

Polishes used:
Celestial Cosmetics Are You Mooning Me? 2 coats plus top coat. Formula was a bit thin but covered beautifully.
Polish ‘M Shamrock, 2 coats (umm, how could I not use this for a St. Patrick’s Day mani?). Formula was a bit thick but again, it covered beautifully and leveled nicely.

Okay, I just couldn’t wait to show this off because I really love how it turned out! I used this tutorial from kombucha_witch_. I’m going to have to practice with this technique because it’s really nifty! I bought Are You Mooning Me? all because of Tanya’s swatches. It looked so amazing on her, I just had to buy it. And I’m so glad I did! I literally cannot stop staring at my nails. 😛
